SOME INFORMATION

  • We offer express service – please contact us via WhatsApp if needed.
  • Our standard process includes a cold-water wash and tumble drying at 60°C. Please be advised that certain natural materials may shrink. As space is limited, air-drying is not available, but we can accommodate hang-drying for fewer than 5 items upon request.
  • Tough stains such as old marks or grease may not be fully removed with regular washing. We can apply additional stain treatment to these areas upon request; however, results cannot be guaranteed. Please inform our staff if you would like this service.
  • Our staff can collect and deliver laundry at the reception desk.
If you’d like us to pick up or return your laundry at reception, please provide your room number and full name so the receptionist can verify before handing over.
  • If you have multiple laundry bags and want each bag washed separately (e.g., for a group), please let us know in advance to avoid mixing clothes. 
  • Please note that if you have multiple bags of laundry and request that each bag be washed separately, each bag will be charged independently based on the service you select.

Delivery time

  • If not using the express service, all standard orders will be completed within 24 – 36 hours from the time we receive them.

Frequently Asked Questions (F.A.Q)

For online bookings, please leave a 300,000₫ deposit together with your laundry (place it inside the bag, leave it at reception, or hand it to our driver). After the final bill is calculated, we will deduct the amount from your deposit and return the balance.

If you prefer not to leave a deposit and will be available at the hotel when we deliver, you may make the payment upon delivery.

Depending on the service option you choose, your laundry will be returned to the hotel reception at the following estimated times:

  • 4-hour service: 4 hours after pickup

  • Same-day service: Pickup before 3pm and deliver back from 7pm – 9pm in the same day.

  • Next-day service: Next-day from 12pm-9pm

If your delivery time falls during rush hour (4:00 pm – 6:00 pm) or in bad weather, please allow an additional 15–30 minutes for delivery.

Ironing is not included in the Wash & Fold service. Ironing is charged per item instead of per kilogram, and the turnaround time is 36–48 hours.
